Morning is never be complete without breakfast. Woke up by an angelic message. Washed up. Went to Old Town for some breakfast set with Zher Lin. Had two butter-kaya toasts and half boiled eggs (simple yet statisfied). Went to supermarket to buy some Jusco made sushis for lunch later. Tapao for Leong a nasi ayam with roasted pork. Maybe it sounds childish with all these breakfast thingy but somehow I felt much happier than yesterday.
After a short moment of satisfaction, it's time for me to get back to my studies. Going to finish Paeds by this afternoon then will read about Internal Med (another bigshot subject huh~). Oh well. Life goes on...
P.S. Glad that you are doing well in your exam dear! :)
(4.05p.m. now...)
Had been sitting in the living room with my OHCM . Half way through the GI system. Somewhat got ohm to study today, which is a good thing. Hope to maintain it until late night. Ate my sushis before this. Held the first piece of omellete sushi and stared at it for a moment. (Ah...When was the last time I ate sushis~) Anyway, if I'm in the mood to jog, I will do so. Todays weather is awesomely good. Sunshine and don't forget it's very hot outside. Going to take a light shower now. Phiew~ Alright, update again later. :)

Yesterday night...
"Yesterday was somehow a sleepless night for me. It began like this. Was revising half way and something dashed into my room and my mind. Something was not right after all. Spent half an hour wandering around somewhere filled with darkness and loneliness. Just two of us: Me and my soul. Found the location. Glad. Treated the condition with white, blue, and green. (Spectra?) But yet still felt abit worried and therefore was sleepless until 4 plus 5. However, slowly and slowly, my eyes closed, wishing for a better day in 5 hours time."
(Manatau...)
Woke up. *sniff-sniff* Argh~The air is filled with haze now. The air is so freaking bad. How to jog after this? *Allergic solute*
The day is getting better but somehow is ruined by this @#$% haze. Anyway have to finish paeds by tonight. Ciao!
Note: Scenario above just a description for 'fun'. Practising my english. :)
(11.30p.m. now...)
Practised PE with Zher Lin and Wen Leong just now. Good to revise back some stuffs that I had forgotten. Somehow, I sounded harsh towards Leong at the start. My apology. Mood not that good. (Mood swing?) Who knows. Maybe there is trigger for it?
Still haven't finish my Paeds. Obviously I'm lagging behind. *Sigh* Tired yet wanting to push myself. Oh well. That's all for now. Signing off to get back to my books. BB

Paeds
Revising paeds now. My favourite but yet difficult subject. While studying, I could remember the infants and children that I had seen during the posting. I miss everyone of them. Was wondering how they are doing now, especially the 6-month-old baby girl (currently should be 7 months plus already). She is so adorable but it is unfortunate for her to have a genetic disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). There are many subtypes of SMA and most of them died of recurrent chest infections. Pity her. Hope she is healthy. *Sigh*

Belajar
Buckling-buckling up. Two times the power and two times the syokness. However, I can't stop watching those singing videos. Hahaha. Way too nice already!
Alright have to continue study. Just drop by to type some words. Exercise fingers. Lol.
Another video. Nice song. Love it also! Translation: "You are the only one in this world"

AL-R-I-T-E
AL-R-I-T-E! Time to end this. This is not the time to think about it. Stop it. End it. And that's it! Yeap. Feel relieved. Don't ask me why but with Zher Lin's return this evening makes me a much normal person as before. No more thinking negatively. No more. "Something that does not belong to you will never belong to you. Keep that in your prefrontal or mesolimbic or whatever part of your brain."
By the way, below are the conversation between me and Zher Lin when we were on our way back from the hospital just now:
(Driving half way...)
I said, "Zher Lin..."
"Yea?" he responded.
"You know...this is the first time I miss someone. And guess who I miss?"
"What do you mean? Who is that?"
"Well, I must admit that I miss you!"
Both of us, "Bwahahahaha"
(What the...)
But honestly, these one and a half day studying alone at Seremban (plus all the exam stress etc.) really make me 'puke'. Now I understand how my dear dear feels.
After spending so much time on my bed today (Um. 13 hours?), I guess tomorrow I have to buckle up even more already. Can't lose to anyone (Kiasu-nya). Nolah. I want everyone to pass the exam with flying spectra! Woo-hoo~
This August Mission objectives:
(1) Study enough
(2) Sleep enough
(3) Take exam
(4) Pass the exam (try to get as good result as possible)
(5) Do some lab test for the elective
(6) Go back home to meet my family
(7) Pack my luggage
(8) Fly to Perth
(9) Hug and kiss my dear!
(10) Oh yea. And don't forget about my elective/selective also =="
Nice video and song. Never stop loving it!

Acute Amnesia...
How does it feel like to forget something? Is it fun?
*squeeking sound from somewhere...* of course not lah, boss. (Classic~)
Yeap, definitely it is not fun. How dare that I am going to lose all the memories especially those precious memories with my dear dear and ,do not forget that, the knowledge that I have obtained so far from clinical school. So difficult you know. Sweat, sleep, fat, and blood? ...
Yet, sometimes we need to forget to learn. Common. Our brain can not contain everything in this universe. I do not know how Albert Einstein did it but still in overall population, we tend to forget. Bit by bit per minute, piece by piece per hour, chunk by chunk per day, part by part per week, area by area per month, and hemisphere by hemisphere per year. Simple: A process where your brain starts to degenerate. Can imagine when your MMSE score hit below 25? Wahsai~
Alright. Time to get back to sleep. I am getting the hang of the substance...Will wake up in another 6 to 7 hours time to get back to studying track. Ta-tas. Saying to myself: "Kee, you will be alright k. Snap your finger twice and the exam marks and others will go into your pocket!" *sounds cool hor~*

Weird...
"I had been thinking weird lately. I admitted that I was preoccupied. Plenty to study plus plenty of exercise plus some gaming time plus some laughs with the OCD Zher lin and yet still can not prevent myself from preoccupying. Perplex look all the time. Staring, and staring, and yet still staring. Occasionally hypnopompic auditory hallucination and was wondering who was outside my room."
Miss my dear who is now studying psychiatry in UWA and yet, I was still preoccupied.
*scream to those who are reading this post* What is your diagnosis?
Answer: Brief psychosis
Yes. I had been revising psychiatry lately and somehow got hook into it. Anyway plenty left to be studied.
Of course. Life goes on...*Cactus (the mineral water drink)*
